I think when you submit a piece, there are options if you want to add a "watermark" to it.. or like licenses or something to it.. It's all on the same page as the Submit Deviation page..

You just have to look at all your options on the submitting page.. you can check off whether or not you want your piece to be downloadable by other viewers.. At least I think so.. Actually there's an option right under "Fullview Size," you can make it so people can't download the original full sized version and stuff.

It's your list of people you "add" or "watch." When they post up artwork or something, you get a message informing you that they just added something new to their gallery or journal.. You can watch anyone!
